Thank you for shopping with APOLEEA. We aim to get your order to you as quickly and sustainably as possible.

1. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–4 business days.

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 2:00 PM PDT will begin processing the following business day.

  • Weekends: We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. You will receive a notification if there is a significant delay in your shipment.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a tiered system to balance cost and speed:

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information typically becomes active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping

We currently ship to The United States Only.

  • Duties & Taxes: Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. APOLEEA is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, please contact us at apoleeainc@gmail.com within 48 hours.

  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting our support team.
