At APOLEEA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not "feeling the love" with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Tip: Items returned within this window are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit.
2. Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags attached.

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase (order number).
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

Final Sale items or Gift Cards.

Customized or personalized products.
4. How to Start a Return

Once approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label.

Pack your items securely and drop them off at any of the communicated location.
5. Return Shipping & Fees

Exchanges & Store Credit: Returns for exchange or store credit are FREE.

Refunds to Original Payment: A flat fee of $7 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.

Damaged Items: If your item arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours for a free replacement or full refund.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the credit has been applied to your original payment method.
